Returns & Exchanges
At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk in total comfort; if your new flip-flops or slides aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your footwear.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
